Enrolment of Students

Our service uses an online booking program called QK Enrol, which gives you access to make bookings and complete an online enrolment form for your child, all within a parent portal called My Family Lounge.  QK Enrol allows you to provide detailed information about your child to our service such as medical information, diet requirements, emergency contact details and more! All this information is simply added into the online enrolment form.  Your My Family Lounge log in details will travel with you for life as you move childcare services that are subscribed to QK Enrol. You are able to log in anywhere, anytime as long as you have access to the internet. This form must be completed to book any Orana Holiday Program programs.

Booking your child’s days. Bookings will open week 5 of each term.  Once bookings are open, and after you have submitted your enrolment form for each child, use the My Family Lounge app to book your child in. If the requested day turns purple, the booking has been secured, pending payment.

What’s the payment process?

Orana Holiday Program only accepts payment using the above Debit Success Direct Debit form. However, we only take fees when a booking is made.  Payment is processed every Friday, regardless of whether you have completed your My.Gov confirmation.   By completing the My.Gov confirmation prior to billing, this will allow CCS to be applied to your fees (if entitled) thereby reducing the upfront fees to be paid to Orana Holiday Program.

We strongly advise that if you make a booking with Orana Holiday Program you ensure your credit card or bank account has sufficient funds available to avoid penalty charges.  We do not control when funds are withdrawn (after being processed on a Friday) from your respective accounts and will not be liable for any penalty charges.

Late Fees

A late fee of $5 per minute by the Centre clock for each minute per child will be charged for any child collected later than the Service’s closing time. Parents are asked to complete and sign a Late Fee Notice when they collect their child/children.
